Return Policy

If you change your mind about an order for any reason we are happy to issue you a refund. We require the buyer to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse, upon delivery we will inspect the item(s) and issue the refund. Please expect 3-5 days of credit card processing once we issue the refund.

Please contact the gallery before shipping the order back to us and a Gallery Representative will assist you with your return.

If your item(s) arrive damaged

Contact the gallery within 72 hours of delivery and a gallery representative will assist you. Depending on the damage we may or may not need you to ship the item(s) back to us. We will issue you a return shipping label. We will ship replacement items out to you as quickly as possible.

If the item was damaged during shipping and not because of our packaging protocols we will need to file a claim with the shipping company and might need your assistance in doing so. A gallery representative will assist you and guide you through the process, keeping it as quick and simple as possible.

We do not offer free return shipping on orders. If you change your mind about your order the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping under all circumstances.

The return shipment must arrive back at our warehouse undamaged. If the item(s) arrive damaged we will file a claim with the shipping company. We cannot process the return until the claim has been resolved. If you would like some assistance packaging the item(s) a gallery representative can assist you and answer any questions you have.

We have a great staff who is here to help you during shopping and purchasing to hopefully avoid returns. All items are packaged carefully using tested methods to avoid damage during shipping. We are happy to work with you and address any concerns you may have.
